aboutMetaBrain Labs

Human-In-The-Loop by Design

Most “agentic AI” is built to remove the human — automate everything, act independently, and minimize interaction. It’s designed to replace us.

We are the opposite.

We build real-time, human-connected agents — AI that works with people, not around them. It asks before it acts. It senses when something’s off. It treats emotion as signal, not noise.

We build real-time, human-connected agents—AI that works with people, not around them. It asks before it acts, recognizes when additional context is needed, and treats human response as essential data rather than noise.

“After 18 years as a therapist and more than 20 years developing technology, I saw a persistent gap between physiological data and the lived human experience behind it. MetaBrain Labs was founded to close that gap—to create AI agents that detect meaningful changes, ask the right questions, understand the surrounding context, and support safer, more informed next steps.”

This is agentic AI designed not simply to act autonomously, but to remain connected to the human in every loop.

—Alexandrea Day

This is agentic AI that doesn’t just think. It listens. It learns. It adapts.”
